Launched by legendary House Music singer/songwriter, Crystal Waters, and celebrating its 3rd year in 2022, IAH Records (which stands for “I Am House”) is deeply committed to backing artists and their music. Having had one of the biggest hits in clubland history, “Gypsy Woman,” plus 13 other #1 Billboard Dance charting hits, 6 ASCAP songwriter awards and one who continues to perform worldwide, Crystal is no stranger to the genre or the world of nightlife. She continues her legacy with a strive for discovering hot new producers and sounds. Ms. Waters explains, “I started this label because I wanted to help other artists in this genre realize their musical dreams, and help guide them as others have done for me.” Joining her on this journey is dance music dignitary, Joe Berinato. In his over 25+ year industry tenure, he's managed a number of independent record labels including King Street Sounds and Kenny Dope's Dopewax Records and is looking to bring the same quality of expertise to IAH Records. Joe also runs his own independent marketing and promotions company, Pitch Control Marketing, Inc, which specializes in the genre, and has been responsible for dozens of #1 Billboard Club Chart campaigns. Also on board the IAH Records team are truly gifted graphic artists Adnan Derservic (of A-Design) and Rudy Malinao (of Myx Media). The label's successes include work from Sandy Rivera (Kings of Tomorrow) whose remix of DJ Musique's hit "Tongues" featuring LVision helped propel the single into the spotlight garnering millions of plays on Spotify. Other achievements include a #1 Traxsource Techno chart hit of DJ Vivona's "Waiting For You" and a respectable Top 10 position in the UK’s Music Week Pop Dance chart with “House of Light," a Crystal Waters collaboration with skilled NYC Producer, LIGHT. Other talents signed include Sted-E & Hybrid Heights, Jacob Colon with Oba Frank Lords, Molly & Tacos, Pierre Reynolds, with more on the way, IAH Records is devoted to delivering the best dance music for global club fans to groove to.
